Loren Edwards
Chairman of the Board
An experienced results-oriented executive career banker with over four decades’ experience, Loren Edwards has a consistent track record in commercial banking, with concentration in retail banking. This people-centric leadership coach has worked with many institutions in the Jamaican financial industry including RBTT Jamaica Limited and Union Bank Jamaica Limited. Formerly a Senior Assistant General Manager in the Retail Banking Division at the largest financial conglomerate in Jamaica – National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.
Loren boasts strong executive leadership skills and is adept at strategic development, sales leadership, customer advocacy and relationship building. He has led several transformational projects and has a proven track record of performance.
With a passion for community development and nation building, Loren is a Justice of the Peace for Kingston for over 15 years and serves as a Lay Magistrate for the Drug Treatment Court. He also serves on the board of the Social Development Commission and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. In addition, he serves on two school boards in the parish of Manchester (Comfort Hall Primary and Infant School Board and Mile Gully High School)
Michelle Tracey
Deputy Chairman
Michelle Tracey is an astute marketing communications specialist with a love for curating memorable customer experiences. She currently serves as Assistant General Manager, Marketing, Communications & Member Experience at First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union Limited; giving strategic oversight of both the Credit Union and its investment subsidiary, FHC Investments Limited’s, marketing portfolio.
Michelle has held a number of managerial roles throughout her twelve years’ experience in Marketing, including Director of Corporate Communications (Acting), Director of Sales (Acting), as well as Marketing Manager for the Urban Development Corporation. Prior to this, she held the position of Assistant Marketing Manager for the PROVEN group. Her experience spans Investments and Wealth Management, Micro-Lending, Real Estate, Infrastructural Development and Tourism along with retail banking.
She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Marketing and International Business from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
Xavier Allen

Xavier Allen, a Digital Sales and Products innovator with a strong Financial Sales & Customer Experience, Transformation, Agile Management background and proactive business partner with over 2 decades of related experience. Possess expertise in strategic thinking, analytical thinking, strategic planning, marketing, supply chain management, data analysis, providing strategic coaching for staff development and engagement. Expert in creating and implementing strategies to improve top line revenue growth, sales, customer experience, and improving shareholder value.
Kemar Hugh Robertson
Deputy CEO & MD
Kemar Hugh Robertson has operated in a leadership capacity in the Internal Controls space for almost 2 decades. His niche experience has made him an invaluable resource to a Fortune Global 500 company that has seen exponential growth through mergers and acquisitions during his tenure.
Kemar's focus on building an action oriented, results driven and customer obsessed environment has profited his teams in the form of implemented business controls that translate to increases in top line revenue. Kemar is a proud alumnus of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and holds degrees at both the undergraduate and graduate levels from the storied institution.
Kymone Booth
Corporate Board Secretary
Kymone Booth is a highly qualified attorney-at-law from Jamaica, known for her expertise in multiple practice areas within the law. She is currently a Partner in the Firm Bruce Patterson & Co. Attorneys-At-Law and serves as a director in numerous companies throughout Jamaica. Kymone has served as Legal advisor, and In- House Counsel in various companies in both the public and private sectors, as well as Corporate Board Secretary and Company Secretary for many boards in both the private and public sectors in the Financial, Media and Communications, Food and Money Services industries at the private, public and government agency levels.
In her role, Kymone will be responsible for dealing with corporate, regulatory and compliance matters relating to the company and providing legal and professional advice to the board of Motor Assured Limited.

Married with three (3) Children and formerly of St. Jago High School, Spanish Town Primary and St. Jago prep. He is a stalwart Spanishtonian who believes that education is the key to success and therefore sits as Chairman for the Eltham Primary School and vice Chairman for the Jonathan Grant High School.
He is totally committed not only to his family, but to the development and improvement of the standard of living of His Community, and as such is the President of the St. Catherine Chambers of Commerce. Chairman for the New Life Foundation and Chairman for the Spanish Town Heritage Committee.
Giving back to His Community is his passion, and he stands as Director for the Twickenham Development Company Limited, Director for Dispute Resolution Foundation (DRF), Director for the Sleek Enterprise Limited, he sits on the board for the National Road Safety Council and the St. Catherine Parish Development Committee.
A visionary, a man who believes in standing on the word of God , has he will declare :”write the vision make it plain, for the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie, though it tarry wait for it, because it will surely come, wait for it.”
Kerese Bruce-Patterson

She is a proud member of the Rotary Club of New Kingston where she has served in several capacities including Club President during the year 2021-2022.
Mrs Bruce-Patterson obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in the year 2009, she later obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 2014 and was called to the Bar in December of 2016. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in International and Treaty Law.
Kerese is a proud mother of three, a Christian who worships at Hope Fellowship Church and is married to her high school sweetheart.
