Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations

When cancelling a subscription, all future charges associated with future renewal periods of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for the services obtained the transaction will be ultimately refunded, the payment will typically be refunded to the original payment method you used for the transaction if you used a credit card or a debit card. If you used a bank account as the payment method for the transaction, we will refund the payment to your bank account.
The refund processing time may take 5-10 business days after which the refund should be reflected on your account. Once your account has been refunded, a representative from the company may, where requested, provide you with documentary evidence that the refund has been made.
